This hotel is located in a great spot, with easy access to sightseeing areas via the metro and nearby Emirates mall. The surrounding area has plenty of activities to choose from, making it perfect for exploring any part of the city. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The swimming pool and other facilities were impressive.
One aspect of the hotel, but it did not affect the overall experience.

Rooms are spacious with a terrace for each guest. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during our business trip. The hotel offers a variety of dishes at the restaurant, including local specialties like Karak tea.

The balcony view was lovely and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. I had a minor issue with the electric kettle, but it was still usable. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods. Good pool that is clean and bathed in sunshine. Clean and spacious rooms for a comfortable stay. Convenient location, only a 5-minute walk to the tube.

We had a great time staying in this place. It is located in a nice district with accessibility to most areas. The service was superb, with staff who were very accommodating and quick to respond to our requests. The amenities and facilities provided here were top-notch, including room service, car hire, and laundry services. We also enjoyed the lovely dining restaurant and snack bar. Furthermore, the leisure spa and wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pool provided us with a relaxing experience. The garden area was a nice touch, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location in this city close to a metro station. It's linked to many attractions and the Mall of the Emirates. The staff was helpful and professional, and breakfast was delicious.
